Dr. Chhaya Bhargava
Dr Chhaya Bhargava, holds a doctorate in chemistry from the University of Rajasthan. Presently heading an academy that offers guidance in science subjects at the senior secondary level, she has been associated with the CMR Group of Institutions for almost twenty years. She is credited with the introduction of KVPY, NTSE, Foundation IIT coaching and training modules for those aspiring to excel in the Olympiads in school. An impassioned educator, a dynamic personality with an overwhelming love for her subject, she transfers this enthusiasm to her students through incorporating effective learning strategies that simplify the most challenging topics. A mentor and counselor par excellence ,she is known for her perceptivity in identifying the strength and aptitude of the young minds thereby offering them effective guidance with regard to career choices.
Dr. Chhaya has been part of a select group of master trainers, chosen by CBSE to design content for NCERT texts as well as teacher’s manuals. She is a source of inspiration to thousands of students who owe their success to her remarkable teaching acumen and she continues to selflessly dedicate herself towards nurturing young minds, with the same zeal and passion with which she began her career.
Mrs. Sumathi Ravichander
Sumathi Ravichander, is a highly skilled and certified Early Childhood Educator with over 20 years of experience in pre – primary and primary school. She has a strong interest in child development through theme based programs created and implemented by her successfully in various schools across states in India. Dedicated to provide young children with the best possible education and care, she persistently endeavours to create comfortable zones wherein children and parents feel the learning experience is safe and sound.
She is an excellent motivator and communicator, team and detail oriented person. She is committed to develop creative, innovative and joyful learning environments. She has a remarkable flair in building rapport with diverse people. She has experience in planning, managing budgets, billing, enrollment, fundraising, staff training, parent communications, infrastructure and facility development.
Ms. Mahalakshmi Bhaskar
Ms. Mahalakshmi Bhaskar is a Post graduate in Applied Chemistry from Coimbatore Institute of Technology with Bachelors in Education. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in HR management and a Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers.
She is currently an independent consultant, and executive trainer and mentor, focussing on leadership development. She has been associated with various schools and educational institutions holding different roles from teaching to administration. She has held a variety of leadership positions for over a decade including Centre Director for an International pre-school based at Singapore as well as an ICSE School Principal and Human Resources Director in a group of Institutions. In her leadership roles, she has actively involved in different areas of education including core knowledge and skills, curriculum development, school audit and performance standards, mentoring and counselling students in choosing their career, teacher supervision and classroom evaluation. She has played a pivotal role in supporting schools to set up their early foundation schools abroad.
Mr. Ayush Bhargava
Mr. Ayush Bhargava, is passionate about education, creative learning and digitisation. Ayush completed his B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Madras in 2015 before beginning his career as a management consultant.During his school and college years, Ayush had a strong academic record. He secured an AIR 3 in the Grade XII CBSE examinations. He also has many olympiads and scholarships like KVPY, NTSE, KRMO, NSEP to his name. He has published papers at DATE, a prestigious annual conference in Grenoble, France.
In the field of education, Ayush has served Avanti as Head of Mentorship for their Pondicherry chapter for over year. He led a team of 35 student mentors and helped 40+ underprivileged students succeed in the competitive exams. Under his guidance, his mentee secured an AIR 319 and is now himself pursuing Computer Science at IITM. Ayush also led a Horlicks Toppers program to redesign the style of learning in middle school across India.
Ayush volunteered to teach English in monasteries in Ladakh and also helped develop their curriculum. For his contribution to English curriculum design in elementary schools of Tamil Nadu with Eureka, he was offered an internship at MIT’s Department of education.
